Confrontation talkin’

What’s your relationship with confrontational situations? Do you shy away? Do you avoid them? Do you fear them? Do you start them… on purpose 🙂 ?

Most of us have probably, at some point in our lives, have been unfriended, ghosted or blocked by a certain special someone – or we’ve done the same to them just to avoid the excruciating pain of confrontation. Whatever your feelings and views about confrontation are, have you ever tried to see it as a learning opportunity?

Confrontations can be a huge gift, depending on how we approach them. What does the situation teach me about myself, what does it teach me about the other person and what does it teach us about our relationship? How can we manage the problem that resulted in this confrontation without compromising our relationship? Does confrontation start only from our rash impulses or can it be meticulously planned to serve its and our purpose?

On a very basic human level, why is confrontation important?

Pff… So many questions!? Join us for the first talkin’ vienna in 2020 to find out some answers – or confront us! We’re sure to start this year head on.
